We ensure that every minute counts on the job site and our customers appreciate our productivity. Each project has Jeff’s attention, a full carpentry team, and the support of our coordination team.
Jeff Dixon
Owner, General Contractor
Jeff Dixon started working in the building industry at the age of 17. He moved to Crested Butte in 2006 and immediately immersed himself in the high alpine building environment. In 2017, he took a leap of faith and founded Craft Mountain Homes. His mission was to create a company that employees love working for and clients love working with. He’s committed to running the company with honesty, integrity and a high attention to detail. Jeff lives in CB South with his wife, two young boys, dogs and horses. In his spare time, you’ll find him on his dirt bike, snowmobile, skis or mountain bike — typically chasing around a kid or two!
Lindsey Freeburn
General Manager
Lindsey has called the Gunnison Valley home since 2012. She joined the CMH team in 2021 in an administrative role and has grown with the company to fulfill the ever-expanding, yet ever-refined, role as General Manager. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and is committed to making each step of your project as seamless as possible, from development and permitting through punch-list. When she isn’t in the office, you can find her skiing, in her garden, and occasionally trying to survive on her mountain bike — though she especially loves any time spent with her husband, step-kids, dogs and cat.
Halley Anderson
Draftsperson
Halley, a West Virginia native, joined CMH in 2023 after earning her Architecture Degree from the University of Oregon. She found Craft Mountain Homes while looking for a pathway to combine her passions for architecture with a design-build environment. She has brought invaluable upgrades to the CMH processes with her ability to work through the minute details of a project during the design phase, saving everyone time, money and headache. Though her favorite part of the job is jumping in on the construction side of a project and bringing her own designs to life!
Lacey Yerdon
Administrator
Lacey joined the CMH team in January of 2024 and has embraced learning as much as she can about the building industry and the values of Craft Mountain Homes. She loves being a part of the team and growing her knowledge in the industry. Both in and out of the office, her sweet dog/sidekick, Baxter, is likely by her side!
